Michael Hall started in 1976 as a Junior Property Manager at Frank Facey First National (now Hall & Partners First National). After six months Michael moved into the sales department where he had to quickly learn all aspects of listing and selling real estate as he had a young family to support. After 8 years of working in the sales department, Michael became sales manager of the Dandenong office and then in 1991 purchased the business, which was the oldest and most established real estate business in the area with a large rent roll since 1916. Over the next couple of years he opened offices in Mulgrave and Endeavour Hills. The Hall group is still the largest individually owned office network in the area both in sales and property management and Michael is very committed to ensuring his company gives the highest possible standard of service to all valued clients, being Vendors, Purchasers, Landlords and Tenants. Leigh is a Director of the Hall Real Estate Group. Even as far back as Grade 6, when asked what he wanted to do when he left school, his ambition was always to work in the family business and his dedication to achieving that did not waiver. After completing school in 2001, Leigh commenced a traineeship within the company. He then became the Assistant Property Manager at the Endeavour Hills Office, and then moved to Mulgrave to become the Senior Property Manager and completed his full Real Estate License. In the ensuing years Leigh was giving absolutely outstanding service to all his Landlords and Tenants and due to this high level of service, over these years the rent roll at Mulgrave was tripled in size. In 2012, whilst still overseeing the Mulgrave Rent Roll, Leigh moved into a Senior Sales position in the Dandenong Office, with outstanding success by applying all his experience gained from dealing with Landlords and Tenants, to look after his Vendors and Purchasers with the same level of service and also using his exceptional communication skills and energy for real estate. Being a Director and family member of the Hall Real Estate Group, Leigh is committed to the company long term, so therefore anyone dealing with him, will have peace of mind that not only are they dealing with an experienced real estate agent, but he shall also be with the company in the long term to continue to look after all their needs.
An outstanding team member Nicole, along with Kaitlyn is the back bone of the company. Since commencing with Hall & Partners First National in 2006, Nicole has built her way up from receptionist to Accounts/Administration Manager to General Manager and now Director. Sheena has been with the company since 1990, starting her career on reception. After 2 years she took over the Property Management Department as Senior Property Manager and was awarded the "National Property Manager of the Year” for Australia at the First National Conference in 2000. Being dedicated to the industry for such a long period of time, She has been involved with First National in Training and the development of System and Procedures for Property Management. Since 2016, she has transferred her expertise to Business Development with a focus on finding our landlords the best possible outcomes in leasing their properties, in regards to rental and quality tenants. Each year since focusing on this new role, Sheena has been awarded the "Business Development Manager of the Year" for Victoria and won the National Award in 2018. Anita has been with our company for past 20 years, and is currently our bookkeeper. With her wealth of experience in property management, she ensures that the processing of the accounts runs smoothly. Anita is very thorough in her work and ensures that quality service is being provided on a timely manner.
In 2018, Mel began working with Hall & Partners as our Inspection Manager. Mel has now started working full time as one of our Rental Receptionist’s as well as assisting the Property Managers. Kaitlyn started with our company fresh out of high school in 2014. She is a fantastic first point of contact and has learned her role very quickly.
